The maximum period is 3 months. You may inform us if you wish to extend the wheelchair rental period.

Yes. You are encourged to book or reserve your desired wheelchair as soon as possible since there may be a high demand especially during peak seasons, such as school holidays and end of year.
However, we do cater to same day booking and will try our best to fulfill your request. Please contact us at +65 8853 5183 to check on the availabilty of our wheelchairs.
There is a refundable deposit of $50 regardless of local or oversea use.
The 2 way delivery charge is $20.
Kindly note that there will be an additional surcharge of $10 for Express/Same day, Airport/Sentosa delivery.
Yes. However self-collection at either Bedok or Punggol is strictly by appointment basis. Please contact us to make arrangement.
Yes. As the wheelchair does not count to your baggage allowance, bringing a wheelchair for your overseas trip will save you time (and money) as you won’t have to search for wheelchairs overseas and risk getting a poorly maintained unit.

Please call us at least 2 days in advance to inform if you wish to extend your wheelchair rental.
All our wheelchairs will undergo thorough checks before any rental. However, we strongly recommended that the customer check and verify the wheelchair conditions upon delivery. Should there be an issue with the wheelchair, we will try our best and provide a solution.
Upon collection of the wheelchair, our staff will assess the extent of the damage and determine whether the damage was due to wear and tear or misuse. We will then provide a more detailed overview of the charges incurred. These charges will be deducted from the deposit.
